FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

TERMS:  Tubes will be replaced free of charge provided such tubes are returned to JTV, Inc. within a maximum period of two years from date of invoice covering purchase. Customers must return such tubes for free replacement only. Tubes may not be returned for credit. This free replacement warranty applies only to merchandise shipped within the United States and Canada.

Burned out tubes will be covered under this replacement warranty only if both ends of the tube in question are blackened to almost equal darkness. Tubes will not be covered under this replacement warranty if only one side is blackened or if one side is deeply blackened and the other is very lightly darkened. (When only one side is blackened or one is deeply blackened and the other is not, it is due to a problem with your lightning fixture such as a ballast problem or other electrical problem.)

Spiral Bulbs are rated to last 10,000 hours.  JTV Energy Lights warrants the rated life of the JTV Energy Sprial Light Bulbs in accordance with the terms of the replacement warranty.

TERMS:  Bulbs and floodlights will be replaced free of charge provided such bulbs and floodlights are returned to JTV, Inc. within a maximum period of two years from date of invoice covering purchase; customers must return such bulbs and floodlights for free replacement only, bulbs and floodlights may not be returned for credit. This free replacement warranty applies only to merchandise shipped within the United States and Canada.
 

Unless the bulb is rated for 3-way, placing in a 3-way lamp voids the replacement warranty.
